HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT PROGRAM

DURATION3 Months Full-time

The course centres around three primary topics of importance, which include an introduction to hospitality management, an overview of all the key operations in hospitality and the responsibilities to uphold industry standards.  

This HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT PROGRAM, offers a comprehensive introduction to this dynamic and diverse business sector.  The course is designed for those with a strong interest in hospitality management, though no specific experience. A series of eight detailed modules gradually introduces students to every important skill, trait and insight required to begin or advance an exciting career, followed by practical work experience in a typical bush camp and high profile guest lodge.

GAME LODGE MANAGEMENT COURSE

DURATION: 30 Days Full-time

The intent of the GAME LODGE MANAGEMENT COURSE is to explore and analyse the operational principles and practices when running a game lodge. The functionality, interrelationships and management of the various lodge divisions and departments are examined - including general team leadership and people management.

Housekeeping (Accommodation Service), Porter Service, Food & Beverage Service, Basic Cookery/Kitchen Operations, Front-of-House operations (Reception Service), Preventative Maintenance, Guest Relations/Customer Service, Function Management/Coordination, & Lodge Leadership

HOSPITALITY LEADERSHIP & TEAM MANAGEMENT COURSE

DURATION: 14 Days Full-time

An intensive 14-day training course focusing on all the key tools and techniques required of new and existing managers in today’s fast moving business environment. Using real life examples and insights from experienced facilitators, participants will leave with a practical toolkit of best practice people management techniques.
